These Can have clear or black pupil and iris-opaqued to standard color masking level,or with

fully occluding opaque iris (and/or pupil) where light has to be totally excluded from the eye or

restricted to a small aperture as in, for example , albinism or prolapsed iris.

Simulated iris patterns/ limbal bands are available for increased realism.
